mabox is delighted to be a finalist in B2B Agency of the Year category for its work across a number of clients, including Sanyo, ITN, Barnardo's, Reed, TXTel, Tourism Ireland and Hackney’s Learning Trust.

mabox has also been short listed for the Best Digital Campaign award for its work with ITN Source, a division of ITN. The ‘Cut to the Source’ campaign involved the branding of ITN Source’s film footage product and its subsequent launch as an online digital service for the advertising industry. ITN footage was sent out as part of a viral campaign and posed intriguing questions such as ‘Who shot JFK?’ or ‘Who released Nelson Mandela?

The footage was turned into banners and placed on key industry websites. The campaign's click through rates were three times the industry average and a follow up e-shot led 50% of recipients to visit the ITN Source website and 39% of them to forward on the email.

mabox's campaign to launch a new call back service for TXTel was short listed for the Small Business Campaign category final. The campaign demonstrated how frustrating it is for customers to be kept on hold listening to music by deploying a real life Vivaldi to play the composer’s most famous work, ‘Four Seasons,’ non stop at Call Centre Expo. 93 businesses registered an interest in the service at the show and three companies signed up for the service on the spot.
