A collection of completely new works from critically acclaimed Orange County artist
Cire will be shown at Gallery 104 from July 22 to July 31. A reception for the artist
will be held on July 22 between 5 pm and 10 pm at Gallery 104, 104 S. Ola Vista, San
Clemente (949.218.0903).
Titled, “A Hand on the World’s Pulse,” this exciting and provocative collection consists
of 15 acrylic on canvas paintings in Cire’s unique expressionist style. The connecting
theme underlying this new collection is the powerful force of emotion that the world’s
heartbeat creates.
The paintings are expressionism at its finest. With his hand on the pulse, Cire reaches
deep into the world’s soul; extracting the fear, love and turmoil that the planet offers
all human beings. He produces canvases that scream, laugh and question the planet’s
beating heart. The result of his work will inspire you to feel the deepest of emotions.
Cartoon Land “The American Experience,” the very successful recent showing focused
on the architecture and landscapes of the cities contained in his dreams. The use of
color and lines draw you into the paintings and provide a most curious voyage in and
out, up, down, and around. Roads in a majority of these paintings pertain to the existential
roads of life. They challenge the viewer to consider if they have ever been up or
down these unique pathways of life. These can be viewed at www.cireart.com
Cire currently maintains his studio in San Clemente. Over the last 20 years he has
exhibited in many solo and group exhibitions. His work is widely recognized by critics
and collectors and included in numerous private collections.
