IMS Appoints Andrew Murphy to IT Team

International Mortgage Solutions (IMS) has recruited online solution company Reedus Design, and most specifically the skills of Derbyshire-born Andrew Murphy, to handle its online research and CRM requirements. Andrew’s experience in redeveloping the International Credit Reference Bureau for consumer credit reporting agency Experian, plus invaluable skills obtained from key roles within Markem and Nexor, are priceless to IMS’s future online needs, particularly as the company nears the launch of its international online mortgage sourcing software for 2008.

IMS’ mortgage search and client management software package will replicate the systems currently available to UK brokers for British mortgages, but instead for the overseas mortgage market. UK-based intermediaries will be able to input client details, search for suitable products and generate an approval in principle based on the fiscal information given. The system will then generate a written recommendation along with a list of documents required by the bank and in many cases an online application form.
