Perry Homes spotlights new floorplan design in Lakeshore

Perry Homes in Section 5 of Lakeshore offers new floorplan designs and homes ready for immediate move-in. For a limited time, Perry Homes offers a $10,000 buyer bonus on all sales in Sections 5 and 7 of Lakeshore.

Both sections feature one-and two-story homes ranging from 1,200 to 3,100 square feet, including three new Perry Homes floorplans built only in Lakeshore.

Less than 10 homes remain in Section 5. Built on 45-foot homesites, homes in this section are priced from the $130,000s. Oversized corner and cul-de sac homesites are available in the new section 7.
