Mr. H.W.R. Kennedie, President & CEO of Golden Tulip Hospitality comments: “I am very pleased with this new addition to our portfolio in the southern region of the Netherlands. Tulip Inn Sevenum brings yet another destination to our portfolio offering our brand and standards in over 62 cities in The Netherlands.”

Mr. J. J. Isoard, Managing Director of Autogrill, adds: “Tulip Inn Sevenum is the fourth hotel that we are franchising with Golden Tulip. The success of the Tulip Inn Amsterdam Riverside, Tulip Inn Oosterhout and the Tulip Inn Leiderdorp leads us to believe that adding the Tulip Inn franchise to our properties will give us additional exposure to the market and will result in an increase of revenues. Furthermore, we see the combination of Autogrill, as an expert in the supply of concepts for food & beverage outlets and Golden Tulip, a leader in the provision of mid market hotel franchise formulas, as being highly incremental to the value of our hotels.”

Mr. Th. Merks, Operations Director Benelux of Autogrill adds: “It is with great excitement that we embark this agreement with Golden Tulip Hospitality group. We are confident that with the international brand recognition of Golden Tulip as well as their successful systems and franchise formula the hotel will position itself in the Dutch Hospitality market in no time.”

Including the Tulip Inn Sevenum, the portfolio of Golden Tulip Hotels Inns & Resorts comprises 78 hotels in 57 cities across the Netherlands.
