PokerNews and PartyPoker (http://www.pokernews.com/party-poker) are pleased to host two exclusive $5000 PokerNews Cup Australia Freerolls. The next $5000 PokerNews Cup Australia Freeroll commences Friday September 21 at 16:00 EDT and qualifications close Sunday September 16.

The first ever PokerNews Cup will be held in Melbourne Australia from October 21 through to October 29. Including the Main Event (which has a $250,000 guaranteed first prize), there will be six events on offer together with an exclusive ‘Bad Boys of Poker’ $10,000 invitational. PokerNews and PartyPoker are delighted to be a part of this great tournament by hosting two $5000 PokerNews Cup Australia Freerolls, giving players the chance to be there for free.

Each $5000 PokerNews Cup Australia Freeroll winner will be awarded a prize package that includes tournament entry to the AUD$3000 PokerNews Cup Australia Main Event and six nights accommodation at the elegant Crown Promenade Hotel. Additionally, winners will collect US$1500 for travel and expenses. Winners will also receive Team PokerNews membership, which means exclusive Team PokerNews merchandise and invitations to team functions and events.

The next PartyPoker $5000 PokerNews Cup Australia Freeroll will be held Friday September 21 at 16:00 EDT. To qualify, players must download PartyPoker using the PokerNews links and register a new account. Players must then make a deposit and participate in 100 raked hands between Thursday September 13 and Sunday September 16 in order to be eligible. When players have fulfilled all requirements they can register for the tournament once it appears in the lobby.

The final PartyPoker $5000 PokerNews Cup Australia Freeroll will begin Sunday September 30 at 16:00 EDT. The qualification requirements are identical to the previous freeroll; however players must complete 100 raked hands between Saturday September 22 and Tuesday September 25 if they wish to qualify.
