Perini Green Weekend The Construction Industry’s Charity Fundraising Extravaganza Friday and Saturday, October 12 and 13

Perini Building Company is sponsoring the construction industry’s fundraising extravaganza October 12 and 13, 2007. The goal is to raise $50,000. All proceeds will go to The Shade Tree Homeless Shelter for Women and Children and Teach for America. The community is invited to participate.

What: Extended Happy Hour
When: Friday, October 12
Where: McCormick & Schmick’s, 335 Hughes Center Drive
Event includes a live auction and silent auction, live band, Sweet Al from KOMP Radio, food and drink specials

What: 5K Run/Walk
When: Saturday, October 13
Registration: 5:30-6:45 a.m. on the day of the event (Register on line at www.perinigreenweekend.com) Race start time: 7:00 a.m
Where: Paiute Golf Resort, 10325 Nu-Wav Kaiv Blvd. Entry fee $25.00 per person if registered before September 30
$30 per person if registered between October 1 and 11
$35 per person upon packet pick-up and day of race
Prizes given to first three male/female finishers and for each age division

What: Motorcycle/Classic Car/Sports Car Poker Run
When: Saturday, October 13
Registration: 7:30 a.m. on day of the event

Entry fee $30.00 per person, $50.00 per couple if registered by September 28
