Bellevue, Wash.—Real Estate Investors Association of Washington, known as REIA, welcomes Corey Donaldson of Mobile Home University to their real estate investing club this month. “So many real estate investors struggle with how to get started,” says REIA CEO Fox Henderson. “Corey offers a lot of insight to both new and seasoned investors to help them get past the hurdles.”

Corey Donaldson got his start in 1993 by selling his jet ski to raise enough money for a down payment on his first deal. Since then, Corey has acquired a sizable portfolio of real estate including apartment complexes, single-family residences, self-storage facilities and mobile home parks.

Corey has gone from a portfolio of $20,000 to $20 million dollars…one deal at a time. Corey now owns 3 large mobile home parks with a total of 180 park owned mobile homes and 4 self-storage facilities with more than 1,200 units and 200,000 square feet of storage.

Corey has a reputation of strong deal making and operational focus. Corey regularly shares his knowledge and excitement for the industry at real estate clubs, national seminars and universities about real estate, mobile homes, mobile home parks and self-storage investing. Corey's presentation at REIA will focus on Investing in Mobile Homes, Mobile Home Parks and Self Storage Facilities.

“REIA is very exited to host Corey Donaldson”, says REIA President Shirley Henderson. “Education is a key ingredient of real estate investing. Corey will give our members and guests insight to basic mobile home investing to get started as well as investing in mobile home parks and self storage facilities.”

REIA also expects a visit from real estate investing and negotiations expert Greg Pinneo at the same meeting. “Greg holds an annual negotiations seminar that everyone investing in real estate or planning to invest in real estate should attend,” says REIA President Shirley Henderson. “Greg has more than 800 deals under his belt and offers his insight and education free of charge to those who want to learn from a pro.” The annual negotiations seminar will be held later this month over two full days in Lynnwood, Washington.

REIA hosts several real estate investing and business management events each month. A local administrator in the National Real Estate Investors Association PHP, or Provider Housing Provider, program, REIA offer PHP Clock Hours for many of their events. PHP for Corey Donaldson’s presentation will be fully allocated to Purchasing Clock Hours.

REIA holds a main meeting and several smaller round table discussion group meetings each month. For more information on REIA or investing in real estate, please visit www.REIAwa.com.
