Redwood Parks Lodge Company Announces Dedication of Newly Renovated Elk Meadow Cabins

ORICK, Calif. – Sept. 12, 2007 – Redwood Parks Lodge Company, Inc. today announced open house and dedicatory events for the recently renovated Elk Meadow Cabins at Redwood Adventures Village to be held Saturday, September 15, 2007, from noon to 4 p.m.

Open house events include public tours of the six newly renovated vacation cabins, free barbecue lunch, live music, the first screening of the Lady Byrd Johnson Memorial video and the Elk Meadow Cabins Dedication Ceremony with actor Robert Conrad – best known for his role in the popular late 1960’s television series “Wild Wild West.”

“After months of rebuilding and renovating the cabins, the staff and I are ready to celebrate their completion,” said John “Johnny Redwood” Russavage, chairman and CEO of Redwood Parks Lodge Company. “We are also honored to have Robert Conrad participate in the dedication of the Elk Meadow Cabins. Elk Meadow Cabins Dedication Schedule of Events (Saturday, Sept. 15, 2007):

The Elk Meadow Cabins at Redwood Adventures Village were originally built to house sawmill workers. Extensive rebuilding and remodeling began in 2003 to convert the six houses into luxuriously themed vacation cabins each featuring three bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a full kitchen, a living room, an attached garage and more. The dedication of the cabins is an opportunity to celebrate their completion and announce the entire Redwood Adventures Village is available for reservation.

Redwood Adventures Village is located on Valley Green Camp Road at mile marker 124, approximately three miles north of Orick, California on Northern California's scenic Highway 101.
