South Shore Caregiving Collaborative will hold a Hospice Program on September 25th at South Shore Hospital

DATELINE: BRAINTREE AND WEYMOUTH, MASS… South Shore Caregiving Collaborative will present a FREE hospice program on Tuesday, September 25, 2007, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. in the Emerson Conference Room at South Shore Hospital, 55 Fogg Road in Weymouth.

“Caregiving: Completing the Continuum”, a conversation about end of life planning will be presented by Mary Beth Barry RN, MSN, CHPN, Director Hospice of the South Shore.

Gwen Morgan of the Lydia Group will present “What If…Give the Gift of Preparedness to your Loved Ones”.

A light dinner will be served.

This program is presented by South Shore Caregiver Collaborative, a diversified group of member agencies committed to providing information, support and training to family caregivers.
