14 SEPTEMBER 2007 | Rockville, MD | Snoozester has extended its portfolio of web-based notifications services by launching the Snoozester Wake Up Call Service for Universities. Universities interested in helping their students wake up and get to class on time can purchase the service, which is free for students. The new service – like Snoozester.com (Snoozester's offering for individuals) and the Snoozester Corporate Wake Up Call Service – allows users to schedule wake up calls online and receive them on their landline, mobile or VoIP phones. In the case of the new service, those users are college students – a demographic known for having trouble waking up on time.

In addition to the standard Snoozester.com features, the new service for universities provides university staff with an administrative interface for managing students' wake up call service accounts. Participating universities can integrate the wake up call service with their existing student registration database, to automatically add, update and remove wake up call service accounts based on student registration information. Universities that want to separate themselves from the crowd by offering students a service that is both fun and practical can purchase the service directly from Snoozester, effective immediately.
