New Chief Operating Officer Bart Miller to help expand Clickspeed’s Call Center Operation

Miller’s primary role will be to head up all Call Center Operations, and work to integrate efforts with LeadSourcer (SM), (www.leadsourcer.com) the company’s lead management solution. “The addition of Bart will define us as a leading top tier outsourced call center solution. This move will not only improve the efficiency of our current operation, it will extend our company’s reach, and allow us to provide a number of new offerings to our existing network of clients,” says CEO Matthew Kirk.

Miller comes to ClickSpeed from Advanse Finance where he has served as Director of Call Center Operations since January of 2001. There he designed the Call Center model for several vendors and taught them the business of processing payday loans through the bank model. Miller developed a great deal of the procedures, provided training for call centers and enhanced software systems, including Trandotcom Solutions. His efforts led to the creation of many software upgrades including the Renewal Management System, Quick Application Maintenance, the Collections Module, and the Email Notification System. Prior to his position at Advanse, Miller spent much of his career in the financial industry working with credit analysis and risk management of credit cards, mortgages, debt consolidation and installment loans.
