LA Harbor Cities to learn of a New Theatre Company from Television: The Relevant Stage

The Relevant Stage’s founder and artistic director, Ray Buffer, will be featured on Time Warner’s Local Edition in select Los Angeles and Orange County markets.

Local Edition is a 5-minute, studio-based informational program, airing at 24- and 54-minutes after the hour, most every hour on CNN Headline News in various Los Angeles, Orange, Ventura, San Bernardino and Riverside County communities.

The primary mission of Local Edition is to provide governmental, community and educational leaders the opportunity to communicate to their constituents.

In the segment for The Relevant Stage, Buffer introduces the theatre company and its mission, talks about the importance of theatre to a community, the company’s commitment to cultivating a youth audience, and announces the lineup of productions that are part of the 2008 Season beginning in January, 2008.

The Relevant Stage is a new, non-profit theatre company performing in residence at The Warner Grand Theatre in San Pedro, CA. The Warner Grand Theatre is a facility of the City of Los Angeles Department of Cultural Affairs.
