The State Fair of Texas is the largest state fair in the United States by annual attendance, according to industry magazine Amusement Business. The fair's past estimates consistently suggest that more than 3 million people visit the fair annually. As the largest State Fair in the country the Texas State Fair is proud of its grand traditions with Big Tex, corny dogs, the Midway, and the Red River Shootout, Texas-OU football game.
