Stephen Banks becomes a partner at Russell Bedford London firm, Lubbock Fine

Lubbock Fine chartered accountants, the London member firm of global accounting and audit network Russell Bedford International, has admitted Stephen Banks as a partner.

Stephen joined Lubbock Fine as a senior manager in May 2005. He previously worked for two other major accountancy practices, having qualified as a chartered accountant in 1995.

Stephen manages a portfolio of commercial clients including Alternative Investment Market (AIM) listed and internationally orientated businesses. His wide experience includes due diligence on business acquisitions and disposals as well as the related transactional work. He also manages a range of audits for AIM listed companies as well as for private companies with and without international interests.
