Amara Development hits the highest hiring rate in the BPO training industry.

Amara Development has reached 80% hiring rate for the last 3 months. Amara has the highest number of trainees who now works different call centers in Cebu.

Amara Development - originally known as the training arm in Cebu of the Asia Pacific Contact Solutions, has started contracting with clients as early as March 2007 with a single client who wants to open a money-lending company here in Cebu. Later on, partnered with Asia Pacific Contact Solutions, Amara Development started training people for Intensive English Communications training by June 2007.
By September 2007, Amara Development has launched a total of 90 students and 80% of which are now working in different call centers here in Cebu. Amara development is not only geared to bring people to excel in their Communication Skills, but also inserts discussion and forums on its training that will make one discover his spiritual, mental, physical, and emotional capabilities and directions in life. The Amara Team believes that excellence can be reached when one knows his own potentials and that once he breaks free from his limiting beliefs.
