Seeman Holtz Acquires Former Football Great for Philanthropic Development

Hollywood, FL, September 30, 2007: — Seeman Holtz, Inc., a wealth management and financial services company headquartered in Hollywood, Florida, has named football legend and Hall of Fame nominee Leonard Marshall as their new Vice President of Philanthropic Development.

Marshall is best known for his legendary13-year NFL football career with the New York Giants, Jets, & Redskins, which included 3-Pro Bowls, 2 Super Bowl Championships, and a NFL Defensive Lineman of the Year award.

While learning the business, Marshall aligned himself with Sun Capital Group of Boca Raton and Premier Mortgage Funding Inc. of Clearwater, Florida to form Capital Source Mortgage, LLC. He was also the co- founder, Chairman/CEO of Pro-Star Athletic, a licensed sports apparel company which manufactured merchandise in Korea, China, Turkey, and many other countries. It maintained distributions with J.C. Penney's, The Sports Authority, K-Mart, Target, Model's, and Meijer's of Grand Rapids Michigan. In 2000, after growth under his leadership, International Apparel Manufacturers Group of New York purchased his successful company.


Leonard Marshall is a graduate of Louisiana State University/Farleigh Dickenson University with an undergraduate degree in Business Finance and also holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from Seton Hall University. Seton Hall has retained Marshall as Executive-in-Residence for the Stillman School of Business, in which he delivers lectures and mentors students involved in the sports management programs on the graduate and undergraduate levels.

Marshall has also been well recognized nationally and internationally for his charitable endeavors. He received the Byron "Whizzer" White Award in 1990, the United Way Lifetime Achievement Award, Miller Lite Man of the Year in 1986, Leukemia Society of America National Chapter's Boardship, and spokesman for Kids in Distress Situations, Inc. Marshall has a deep commitment in terms of giving back to the community and helping others.
