Intermedia ‘on the go’ with Gibsons

Intermedia, the Chester-based marketing communications specialist, is definitely going through a purple patch, winning four new pieces of business in as many weeks! The creative consultancy’s most recent win is the role of developing and managing the national media communications for Gibsons Foods. The agency was awarded the business following a competitive pitch.

Gibsons Foods is based in Ellesmere Port and has a second manufacturing site in Devizes, Wiltshire. The company manufactures private label ‘on the go’ snacks for multiple retailers, convenience stores, garage forecourts and bakeries, as well as Weight Watchers sandwiches, pasta salads and deli fillers. The company has a turnover of over £20 million and is currently investing in new product development (NPD) to further expand its innovative product range.

Intermedia has been briefed to support Gibsons ambitious growth plan with a dedicated focus on raising brand and product awareness in both the trade and consumer markets.
