Perry Homes is pleased to announce new, larger floorplans are now available to build in the growing master-planned community of Summerwood.

One- and two-story Perry homes in this community are priced from the $270,000s and now, with the introduction of the new floorplans, range from 3,000 to 4,300 square feet. Through October 31, Perry Homes offers a $10,000 buyer bonus on all sales in the community.

Available to build and eligible for the $10,000 buyer bonus is Plan 4004W. This one-story design has four bedrooms and three baths in 4,004 square feet. The entry showcases 13-foot coffered ceilings and opens to a formal living room, a media room and a formal dining room. The family room is highlighted by a wall of windows and flows into the kitchen and morning area with an oversized island and volume ceiling.

The master suite offers raised coffered ceilings in the bedroom and sitting area, while a corner tub, separate glass-enclosed shower, dual vanities and walk-in closet complement the master bath. The design features a guest suite with a full bath, additional closet and storage space and a three-car attached garage. Homebuyers have the option of converting the formal living room into a library and the media room into a home theatre room with riser seating, sconce lighting, dark accent paint and pre-wiring for surround sound.

Perry Homes builds homes that meet or exceed both the Greater Houston Builders Association’s Green Builders Initiative and Houston Energy Star guidelines designed to increase energy efficiency and protect the environment.
