More Killers on the Radio Please!

PITTSBURGH, PA, October 18th 2007 - The voice of a serial killer flows frequently on radio waves across the United States. Charles Pero, author of The Maze Murderer and voice of the "killer," finds himself doing more and more radio interviews and readings based on his growing popularity and solicitations from radio shows themselves.

The success is credited, in part, to the way in which Pero writes segments of his novels. Pero writes as if in the character of serial killers and delves into their mind - a place most people don't even wish to imagine. Pero has given on-air readings from sections of his book that feature the point of view of the killer. "I find that not only do I think serial killers are fascinating, but the public loves to hear about what the killer is thinking or how they are plotting the death of their next victim," said Pero.

Radio stations from the Golden State to the Pine Tree State and all the heartland in between have hosted Pero to be a guest on their show. Now after premiering on P.I.V.T.R, a worldwide internet radio program, Pero, reading as the killer, has cast his voice over mountaintops and foreign lands across the globe. Pero's last radio appearance was on The Charlie, Ernie Morning Show based in Vermont.

Pero is featured in Radio and Television Interview Report and has drummed up a lot of hits from his very intriguing write-up in that publication. "We did not try to pull any type of catchy marketing for Charles; his product sells itself," said Megan Davidson, Editor of SterlingHouse Publisher, Inc., who publishes Pero's books. She continued, "People enjoy being scared as long as they are in a safe environment, and Charles' writing is the vehicle in which to achieve that happy state."

As long as the psychological fascination that people have with serial killers continues, Pero will keep "killin'-it" on the radio.
