HOUSTON, TX. - Lynn Breedlove, director of relocation and corporate services with Prudential Gary Greene, Realtors, joined over 400 relocation industry specialists from around the world as they gathered recently in Phoenix, Arizona for The Prudential Forum, a three-day networking event hosted by Prudential Relocation, Inc.

This year’s program, themed “We’re Invested in You,” brought together relocation and real estate professionals, relocation clients and service providers to enhance communications between the different, interdependent groups and explore ideas for improving the service delivery process.

“The Prudential Forum helps spark innovation and collaboration between many groups, which results in more efficient and well-run employee relocations,” said Earl Lee, president, Prudential Relocation. “We aim to deliver the best value for our clients’ relocation investment by focusing on our points of differentiation, in addition to our strong compliance and risk management processes and high standards on information privacy controls. This provides extra peace of mind to our clients.”

Courses offered included “Global Mobility Trends,” an overview of recent trends in the international relocation industry, including U.S. immigration reform and candidate assessment and selection tools; “The Procurement Triangle,” a discussion by Dr. Joseph Carter of Arizona State University on the overview of the tools and methodologies of the supply chain; “Transportation Services, Navigating Change in the U.S. and Abroad,” regarding recent government rulings for domestic and international moves; “Avoid the Inventory Trap – Successfully Navigate Market Risk,” an overview of price, policy and process alignment; and “Learn How to Get Back Up,” a session on managing risk and disaster recovery.”
