SaaS.com Partnership Circle Expands

BRIDGEWATER, N.J. – October 19, 2007 – SaaS.com a.k.a. WebApps, Inc., a leading provider of Software as a Service (SaaS) with a major push in Time & Labor Management, continues to engage in advantageous relationships, as it announces its new partner, New Jersey-based Balance Point, a payroll service bureau. SaaS.com and Balance Point’s partnership emerged when representatives from both organizations met at the Evolution User Conference 2007 this past June in Vermont.

Several factors contributed to the decision headed up by Dave Magen, a partner in Balance Point. While Balance Point previously had a solution, it did not satisfy needs for their larger clients or offer tools robust enough to handle the complex Time and Attendance requirements of the higher-end market, an area the company is looking to target with SaaS.com’s solution. "We wanted to be able to offer an option for the 'high-end' user and manage it internally. The one-stop solution and impressive platform will surely make us more competitive in the marketplace."

The impact SaaS.com has made on the industry also encouraged the partnership, as Magen explains, "Referrals from existing users of Evolution, [iSystem LLC’s payroll software], strongly influenced this decision." Magen went on to say, "Knowing that other Evolution users are already up and running with SaaS.com's software and hearing great things about it was helpful."

In the midst of implementing clients and conducting demos over the next several weeks, Magen conveyed that Balance Point, a partner since July 2007, is fairly comfortable with the expansive software. The support that the company has received from SaaS.com is actively making this partnership a success. "It's reassuring that every time we reach out to SaaS.com for assistance, we are pleased to find it a very pleasant experience, especially during demos which are always great!"

"It’s a common misconception that most of the work is done before a sale is made," said Alexandra Quintero, Business Development Manager for SaaS.com. "We’ve found that through unwavering commitment to resolving our partners' support issues in an effective and timely manner, we've been able to keep existing partners satisfied and productive and gain referrals into new partnerships as well."
