Perry Homes opens new model, new section in Old Orchard

Perry Homes recently opened the first section of 50-foot homesites in Old Orchard. With the opening of this section, homebuyers now have more homesites, including corners and cul-de-sacs, to choose from. Perry Homes offers a variety of one- and two-story homes priced from the $180,000s and ranging from 1,800 to 2,700 square feet in this section. Perry Homes also builds homes in the 70- and 80-foot homesite sections with prices from the $290,000s and sizes ranging from 3,000 to more than 7,200 square feet.
