Charles Pero, author of the The Maze Murder, will discuss the psychological make-up of serial killers and delve into a few of California's most horrific serial killer cases. Pero's creativity and his interest in this topic inspired him to write three other books in his Twisted Killer Series under the Pero Thrillers imprint from SterlingHouse Publisher, Inc.

The interview is slated for Friday, October 19th at 10:30 Pacific/ 1:30 EST. Pero will discuss the psychological make-up of serial killers and delve into a few of California's most horrific serial killer cases.

Pero, who has duel occupations - helping to run his family's multi-million dollar vegetable company as well as writing mystery thrillers - became interested in studying serial killers after reading about the story of Juan Corona in California. Corona, a farmhand, was also a serial killer, and the gruesome discovery of his victims' bodies found in a field where he worked was his demise. This story instantly drew Pero's attention, since he is a farmer.

Pero's creativity and his interest in this topic inspired him to write three other books in his Twisted Killer Series under the Pero Thrillers imprint from SterlingHouse Publisher, Inc.

"California has always been a hot spot where serial killers have been caught and convicted" says Jon Handel of SterlingHouse Publisher, Inc. "It is exciting that Charles can talk to the listeners of PoppOff and give details on notorious California serial killers."

Pero is having a busy month of radio interviews this October and will continue all the way to the end of the month.
