The TPS728185315 is the industry’s first low-dropout (LDO) linear regulator with dynamic voltage scaling, which reduces leakage current in processors, resulting in longer battery run times. The device provides a high power-supply rejection ration (PSRR) over a wide frequency range of up to 1MHz, fast 160ìs start-up time, as well as excellent line and load transient responses.
The UCC28060 Natural Interleaving™ dual-phase PFC controller offers many degrees of flexibility to tailor power factor correction designs, enabling a reduction in the physical size of the PFC circuit, improved efficiency, and lower total system costs. The controller features high power density, phase management capability, and robust protection features.
The BQ20z75 SBS-compliant gas gauge and protection IC measures and maintains an accurate record of available charge in Li-ion or Li-polymer batteries and is designed for battery-pack or in-system installation. Together with the integrated analog front-end (AFE) short-circuit and overload protection, the IC maximizes functionality and safety, as well as minimizing external component count, cost, and size in small battery circuits.
The BQ24316 is a highly integrated circuit designed to provide protection to Li-ion batteries from charging circuit failures. The IC continuously monitors the input voltage, the input current, and the battery voltage and provides the maximum amount of safety in the smallest solution size.
