Susan Love Fitts Communications Receives Communicator Awards for Publicity and Writing Projects

In their 2006 Print Media Competition, The Communicator Awards recognized Susan Love Fitts Communications with two Awards of Distinction for outstanding achievement on client projects.

Located in Arlington, Texas, The Communicator Awards is an international awards competition that recognizes outstanding work in the communications field. Entries are judged by industry professionals who look for companies and individuals whose talent exceeds a high standard of excellence and whose work serves as a benchmark for the industry.

Susan Love Fitts Communications received an Award of Distinction for a writing project for the Cultural Arts Council of Houston & Harris County (CACHH). The project consisted of artist profiles for CACHH’s quarterly newsletter. Deborah Rowe was the project writer.

“The Cultural Arts Council of Houston & Harris County was extremely pleased with the stories written on seven artists featured in its Summer 2005 edition of Houston ArtsView publication and the impact they had both on the artists and the Arts Council,” said Joseph R. Wilson, interim executive director of CACHH. “We are still receiving comments and inquiries from readers on these unique and talented artists.”

The company also received an Award of Distinction in the publicity category for a story on the Fourth Annual Spring Home & Garden Show at The Woodlands. Writer Chip Lambert highlighted the interior design expertise of featured speaker Bill Stubbs.
