Maro has been working in the market research industry for several years, specializing in business-to-business fieldwork operations. While working at Penn, Schoen, Berland & Associates, she served a variety of Fortune 500 clients such as Microsoft, Intel, KPMG, Ford and Merck. Maro developed new training procedures to give interviewers an edge during her tenure in the Corporate Research Group at PSB. Maro graduated from Michigan State University, with a degree in Advertising.
