November 18, 2007 (PRLEAP.COM) Media News
Toronto, Canada (PR Leap) November 18 – Peter Rofé, a New York-based voice talent and voice over instructor, is featured this week on the Voice Over Experts Podcast, http://podcasts.voices.com/ , the top educational podcast for beginner and professional voice actors around the world. In addition to his coaching and voice over work, Peter has also co-authored a book with his colleague Randy Thomas called “Voice For Hire: How to Launch and Maintain a Lucrative Career in Voice Over”. It will be published by Backstage Books and will be available in bookstores Spring 2008.

In his lecture “How to Analyze and Break Down Commercial Copy” Peter Rofé shares a proven formula that will teach listeners how to fully understand and interpret a script written for television and radio commercials. Peter’s helpful suggestions throughout the podcast received praise from professional voice-over actors at Voices.com, including this appreciative comment from voice actor, JC Haze, who states, “Not only is Peter a GREAT communicator… but he included terrific reinforcement of what we ALL should do before cracking open the mic.”

As a contributor to the Voice Over Experts faculty, Peter Rofé will be lecturing on an ongoing basis to aspiring voice actors and professional voice actors via podcast on how to understand, hone and grow in their craft. Since the lectures are available in the form of podcasts, the lessons are hosted online and can be heard at any time of day at the convenience of the listener.

The Voice Over Experts Podcast can be found and subscribed to for free in the iTunes Podcast Directory and online at the Voices.com Podcast Center.
