Layers of LIght International, Inc. Signs Dwight O'Neill to Chief Knowledge Officer Post and VP in Charge of Education and Training

Scottsdale, AZ January 11, 2006 — Layers of Light International, Inc., announced the signing of Dwight O’Neill as their Chief Knowledge Officer and Vice President in charge of Education and Training. Mr. O’Neil is responsible for establishing systems to facilitate and assess each department’s performance and growth and for a full range of management issues including definition of priorities, formation of external organizational partnerships, and cross component activities in collaboration and consultation with LOLII senior staff. He will also play a key role in the development of new education and training programs for LOLII in addition to strengthening the already developed education and training curriculum.

The Chief Knowledge Officer is a fairly new position in the organization, with the charter to harness the company's knowledge and use it strategically. Together with senior management, the Chief Knowledge Officer is responsible for creating the vision of what is possible, and designing the framework for realizing the results.

Mr. O'Neill began his career in the Armed Services as a social worker in the largest Joint Services Hospital in the Pacific Theatre. His assignments included travel to Japan, Guam, Okinawa, and Vietnam to work with prison officials in developing management policies and procedures for incarcerating prisoners in combat situations outside of the United States. Building on this initial experience, he used his knowledge and understanding of the human psyche, group dynamics, and project management across many disciplines.

For the past 34 years he has incorporated experiential activities and Super Learning strategies into his work with governments, their agencies, Fortune 500 corporations, small business owners, educators, inner city youth, prison systems, school districts, health care facilities, law enforcement, as well as non-profit agencies. As general partner of the Burklyn Business Group, an international management training group, he has influenced the learning of more than 60,000 graduates throughout 26 countries. He has coached, mentored and partnered with several nationally known speakers and trainers including Marshall Thurber, DC Cordova, Bobbie DePorter, Anthony Robbins, T. Harv Eker, David Neenan and Robert Kiyosaki.
