The organising committee of the forthcoming London PR Business Week (LPRBW) and its highlight conference event, Public relations in emerging markets - today’s realities, tomorrow’s possibilities, has announced an exclusive partnership deal with PR Business magazine. The conference is to be staged at the Cumberland Hotel, Marble Arch on 20th/21st June 2006.

“Emerging markets will offer the greatest and most exciting opportunities for PR operators over the next few years,” said Geoff Lace, publisher of PR Business. “This event will enable us to rub shoulders with important figures from these emerging markets and to learn much more from an impressive line up of experts.”

In attendance at the conference will be presidents of the Russian National PR Association, National PR Association of Kazakhstan and PR League of Ukraine. Also signed up are heads of PR departments from Gazprom, Lukoil, Rossneft, Bank of China, Kazakh Telecom, Kazakh Gold, CNOOC and many other major companies.

PR Business becomes the official publication of the Conference and is publishing a special issue in June highlighting the development of PR in Emerging Markets. The magazine is one of the leading business publications in the world of PR and Lace, who founded the first industry magazine PR Week in the 1980s, will be participating in the conference.

LPRBW also announced that the Conference and its associated events have been officially endorsed by the International Communications Consultancy Organisation (ICCO) and its 28 worldwide affiliates.
