Movies has its Academy Award. Music its Grammy. In the world of public relations, there is the Silver Anvil Award. The Public Relations Society of America, the world’s largest public relations trade organization, has selected Scott Carpenter, president of Carpenter Public Relations, to serve as a national judge of its most prestigious award.

In accepting the honor, Carpenter becomes the only public relations counselor in Southwest Florida to serve as a national judge in selecting the best-of-the-best public relations campaigns in the country. In total, only 120 judges are selected out of an organization of more than 30,000 public relations practitioners. Carpenter will join his peers in New York City, March 23rd, for judging.
